Meditation and Mystical Knowing. In this class that meets regularly at Pearl House, we practice meditation, chakra tai chi (created by Aminah Raheem, Process Acupressure), and mystical practices of healing with nature from the Andes Mountains and other traditions. You can attend on a regular or drop-in basis. This class is also taught in other locations upon request and as a week-end retreat (see 'Nature and Mystical Experience' on the Retreat page.) This class provides a foundation for all workshops and retreats.

Sacred Plant Medicine. Plants are allies and wisdom-keepers. In many ancient traditions, the medicine people could hear the plants singing. Listening to the plant's song taught the cure. In this workshop, we connect mystically with the plant kingdom to hear the songs that are being sung there. We bring a song back with us to help us walk in balance.

Personal Ceremony Workshop. A good ceremony is an activation that produces effects inside us and in the world around us. It aligns us with the energies that are happening in our lives. From my perspective, ceremonies are not about arranging things to come out as we wish. Rather, ceremonies bring us into harmony with the ways things are moving and, through that process, we discover how to use our own deep magic.
It is good for us to remember that we know how to do ceremony. Ceremony is part of our nature. Sometimes our minds say, "O I need a book, a teacher, or a map to teach me how to do ceremony." A book or a teacher can be very helpful, but the map is not outside of us; it is inherent in our being.
In the Personal Ceremony workshop, we connect directly with the elemental presences: Earth, Water, Fire, & Air to allow the ceremony that each of us most needs to flow naturally through us.

Equinox Equilibrium Workshops. In the spring and fall, the Equinox workshops utilize the energy of equilibrium to increase the balance in our lives. We explore the mythic and personal significance of the season--the shadow and light of the sun. We explore the role of color, food, plants, aromas, and other energetic influences to help us walk in balance.

The Secrets of Manifestation. A class for artists, writers, dancers, photographers, entrepreneurs, political activists and anyone who is ready to manifest their inner dream. We will explore the secrets of manifestation, astrologically influenced by the sign of Capricorn--the ways in which we bring our ideas into form. The emphasis is upon bridging the gap between the inner and outer world. Methods: meditation, conversation, consulting oracles, writing, drawing, chanting, and movement. We also explore runic postures: stances that move energy for increased outward flow. Bring your vision to life!
