Welcome to 'Nature and Healing,' the website of Martha Winona Travers.  Through phone consultations, week-end healing intensives, workshops, retreats, an apprenticeship program, and nature-quest journeys, I share simple healing techniques that help us return to our Mother Earth.

Healing in these times means feeling the truth that we ARE the Earth.  My work is to help individuals and groups reawaken the capacity to live and breathe in harmony with the planetary rhythms.  Through direct experience--what mystics call 'a transference of spirit,' we walk the path of beauty in which the wisdom of nature flows through us.  The result is that the choices we make become more and more healing and harmonious because we are choosing with Nature.  Harmony moves through us into the world, and we live in perpetual gratitude for our lives.
